Blog: The Master Cleanse Express
woof...I am just dog tired today. Its hot and I am more than tired of sitting on the throne. Read half the book I bought yesterday, Bragg's book on Apple Cider Vinegar. I have a copy in storage but found another and know it is a book everyone would do well to have in their home health library since Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for so many reasons.
visit Rising Sun's Apple Cider Vinegar Cure Research blog to be wowed with the uses for this great stuff ~~~ http://curezone.com/blogs/f.asp?f=179
The book had lots of info on fasting so was one of the ones I bought on my trip out yesterday. Had to check three stores to find my Chocolate Smooth Move but found it! and bought enough to last me the rest of my cleanse.
Must have done too much yesterday though since today I am dog tired and so, turned on the air to cool the room down, finished my lunch bottle of lemonade, and am going to do what dogs do best...take a nap!!
being happy, being sleepy,
Zoe

Today is day eight. My tongue is half pink and I am thrilled. Today makes 28 days I have done the cleanse since the beginning of Feb. How did Stanley ever get a pink tongue in 8 days. Proves how many more toxins we are exposed to everyday than he was sixty years ago.
Every day after I get my daughter off to school I look at your blog for inspiration to make it through the day. I could do it without the blog, by the blog is so awesome. I will thankfully take all of the help I can get. Yesterday was a great day for me and today I feel great also. I have a 90 minute Thai massage scheduled for this afternoon. My little treat to myself. Yesterday after a yoga class I had a 35 minutes session in the sauna. Ah, pure heaven.
I love your link on apple cider vinegar. I always see the ads in papers to send money and get all the cures. Here it was online. I like the one about killing parasites with acv.
Hope you have a lovely day, Zoe. Aloha

Thank you for your kind words~~! You are soooo right about Burroughs not anticipating the level of toxicity we face in these times. This is also the main reason I feel comfortable adding certain herbal teas which also help ameliorate toxins and help repair the immune system and strengthen the blood.
Woo-hoo, I miss getting massaged. I give them here but there is no one to give them to me at the moment. In Missouri, I lived within walking distance of a massage school and often they would call me to walk over and allow a trainee to massage me. Of course I also paid for a professional massage monthly so I really advocate massage. Touch is powerful and healing and actually in giving massages here, I am healed to some extent.
My nap was not deep but it was restful. I had detoxing daydreams of fasting...made me glad to finally come to the surface and feel like I had processed enough for this day...ggg. Many little bumps have emerged on my face and so on one hand I feel a little scraggily looking, I am very pleased with the progress. I anticipate by tomorrow, this too will have passed.
I wish you continuing success with your cleanse!! Did you find a way to get some Chocolate Smooth Move?? I am about to make myself a cup now~~wish you were here!
blessings,
Zoe

I love Thai massages. I can't wait to go back to Phuket. I was there in October and had a massage every other day.
I can't get Smooth move in Japan, only online. But since I am leaving for the States for a visit next week (Yeah!!!!), I will get some there when I stock up on all of my raw supplies that I can't get here. Every now and then you just have to get back to "Everything Familiar and Readable". Japan is nice, but the States are the best. You don't realize how great until you leave.
Have a chocolate smooth move on me. Aloha

Oh good, you can enjoy your Smooth Move and have your licorice too. I can taste the licorice in the orginal but not the chocolate so much. I am foregoing the SWF this morning and actually having a cup of chocolate Smooth Move. I forgot to mix my salt flush last night. I went out at midnight to look at the stars and say couple prayers and there at the end of our drive was some vehicle, someone flashing a light and weird unloading noises. I decide not to wake up the man of the house and only half-fearlessly go out there to investigate. Turned out, it was a young guy neighbor who is a delivery man and our dirt road has enough ruts in it that he has decided to be like the toothfairy and on his delivery rounds he has been picking up rocks, stray pieces of brick, and put them in 5 gallon buckets in the back of his pickup and then on the way home, he fills in another hole. It was such a nice thing to see, this young guy, a man on a mission. I had to laugh, mostly out of relief it wasnt a drunk yahoo tossing trash in the woods across from our place.
I hope you have a wonderful trip back home. Are you doing the cleanse or getting supplies for it?? Glad you enjoyed the massage too. It does the body good!
Have a great day!
blessings,
Zoe
