The 'Art' of Manifestation is really not based on talent and skill, but the simple recognition of the most fundamental universal law.
The Universe supplies exactly and absolutely what you perceive your reality to be,
that is to say, what you believe in.
If your appeal is "I want ...", then it gives you precisely that, more of WANT, and not WHAT you want,
for your reality is that you WANT.
Rather, state the most powerful words in existence: "I AM...",
and then add what you perceive yourself to be and KNOW that it already IS.
Do not hope or wish for -
simply know that it already IS and give thanks.
The immediacy of the intended manifestation is in direct proportion to the FEELING with which you charge your thoughts and words.
As you still believe in time, it may take a little time to translate into the physical,
but it MUST manifest.

A word that my dear Ole Grandmother; we called her "Big Mama" though she was not a large person in anyway, shape or form...
She once told me as I sat sulking and feeling generally sorry for myself, in my younger years...
" Boy; you don't have any problem that people have not already seen or felt... You will not be the last either... But sitting around and feeling sorry for yourself will not get a single thing done to make your life any better... So get up and start acting like you know how to do something to help others and you will forget all about your sorrows and be a better person..."

I have heard it numerous times! Many a teenager listens to that song when they're feeling a bit roughed up.
Me, I could never put it on my playlist, or even finish listening to it on the radio, it was a bit too sad for me. :) I've replaced a lot of my songs with meditation music.
.. and what do you listen to nowadays?
