The last one I was crying during my mother's speech. I have to say that I expected these pics to turn out better. The only good thing about it is that I get to see how good the natural makeup looks on my face. Otherwise, I look fatter than I expected. I am a bit disappointed. I usually take excellent pics but I don't look good in most of the other ones. Oh well. I wish I could put up the shower video. That was great. I looked way better on the video than I did in my photographs. Maybe the lady's camera was broke or something ;-) I can console myself with the fact that the year before I was twenty pounds heavier. Yuck.

That was the same weekend that I got my period. I was bloated I GUESS. Still this lady can't take pictures of people to save her life. Her pics of my roses are GREAT :(

Wouldn't you rather have neuropeptides that send out that signal?
I invite you to begin changing your thought pattern from 'I'm fat', to that of 'I am beautiful. I am a goddess.' Whenever the negative patterns begin to surface, catch it immediately and change it, even if you have to yell 'CANCEL, CANCEL!!' outloud.
Remember, your conscious is the gatekeeper to the subconscious, you decide what goes in through agreement. You are the Thinker of your Thoughts.
You are beautiful.

You ARE gorgeous! What a beautiful smile you have and impecable skin, too! You are also loved by your fiance for the person that you ARE, not some image you are tyring to comform too. You have bought into the media and cultural messages about who you should be in order to have value, and they are simply not true. Everytime you have the thought or utter the words "I am fat" you are reinforcing a negative illusion of yourself. Each time you do this conscious replace the thought or statement with a positive one...."I am a beautiful woman and worthy of feeling good about myself".

beautiful and sweet.
Seriously, you look great - keep smiling like that and you'll blow them away.
I just realized you live in NYC the other day. Man do I miss it. But I can imagine the extra stress that comes with living in the city and going through everything...
I'm happy for you.
