I found a couple of local palces that have cannolis
but none as good at the Bronx or Yonkers

In NY, the Planet in Booklyn, Matthew Kenney's restaurant has Italian classes featuring cannoli's too. You can contact them for prices, etc. They also sell their class booklets too. Very far from NY living. Do Google or look Matthew up or even Kristen the chef there but not same last name.
