Ate a piece of deer sausage today. My father-in-law made it. Very spicey. I didn't die and my karmic universe didn't cave in. I'll have another piece next year :-)

Clear out as many farts as you can
it is very difficult and ardous to clear out these
types of karmas

Eating heavy animal flesh makes me stink in all kinds of ways, gas and poop and sweat. It's just not for me. Some health guru (Mercola I think) had a steak after being veg for twenty years because all of a sudden he craved a steak. I don't think he went back to eating veg only though. I know for sure I have no desire for meat now. If I AM gathering up some bad karma, it'll be for the fish oil capsules I take!! I don't believe that my eternal soul is endangered by having a bite of deer sausage though.

You have no desire for meat
why do you then eat sausage and fish?

I had a bite! That's the not the same as eating a bowl of it. I had a bite and I didn't want anymore. That's it. Okay?

No there is just a bit more
is not biting part of eating?
did you not also chew and swallow?
hence 'eating"
it matters not the quantity a bowl is neither a pot full
quantity has not much to do but the volition of mind when you
take the 'one' bite

good grief. leave her alone. it was a bite of deer meat. is it really going to matter in the grand scheme of things? this is her blog and her life. if she wants to eat a piece of deer meat once per year, that is her choice. back off. i am a pretty strict vegan but each person has the right to choose what is best for them.

This is her blog she chooses to post on a public forum INdeed
If she wants to eat a solitary piece of meat this is INdeed her choice
I'm glad you informed us you are a vegan good that you have choice also
I make my own choices also
I choose to respond when someone responds to my post
This is what choice does
Thanks for bringing choice into play

Just like you said, does it really matter in the grand scheme of things? I have to say that the recent posts regarding me eating a piece of deer meat remind me of my encounters at PETA meetings and a lot of young people in health food store in NYC. Just like I said I would not use Oil of Olay, well guess what? I'm using it now and m face looks darn good, better than the $30 organic face cream with XYZ phytonutriceuticals. The person missed my whole point in not wanting to eat meat again by having that little piece. Such is life. I'm off to the gym. I have to post my workouts on fruitarian fitness soon.

I do not if it matters in the grand scheme of things it's just funny how the poster of the blog justifies and rationalizes so much as if being defensive to some form of attack in my comment, when as agreed previously it's their choice.

I thought my FIL's sausage was okay. Meat eating isn't appealing to me anymore. The closest thing i had to meat the other da was clam chowder only because I wanted a bowl of soup at work. Don't care if others eat meat. I do think it should be organic, grass fed and raised on a small farm.
