I'm enjoying a wonderful breakfast as I write/read here.
two bananas
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablesoon of sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
2 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoon of maca powder
Mash and mix together well.... I thought the maca would overpowder everything else but it tastes great. It is a calorie dense meal and these days I've only been getting around 1,000 calories a day according to Calorie King. I've also got the Breakthrough DVD going for my morning tv watching. There's nothing for me on regular tv, not today anyway. I'm going to read and clean. No menstrual cramps yet cross my fingers. I'm working my back and biceps which are intense in lifting but not intense in movement. I'm trying to get into a habit of taking it easy on the first day or two of my menses. I've cut down on my coffee consumption severely and have been religious about taking my oils.
I'm going to walk today but not that heavy duty run I did the other day. I've maintained a 100% raw vegan foodplan and I can see the differences already. I'm a devotee of Storm and Jinjee and I've kinda desired to have the same sort of figure as Jinjee and look as good as she does when become a mother.

Hey there!
Sounds like you are keeping up the good work! That breakfast sounds great.
I recently broke my coffee addiction by drinking lots of green tea. I know that also has caffeine but it somehow made it easier to not drink coffee during the day. Also has so many great things in it!
Enjoy your weekend!

Do as much as you can. I do whatever I can. Your best is all you can do really. Any amount of healthy plant food in the diet is great. Healthy habits will offet the little vices too :-)
