I walked to church. After that, I went for my run/walk. Except my legs started feeling like lead half way through and walked the rest of the way. I did four miles. I think the reason for my slowdown was not enough food. Enjoy the website. He's amazing! Reading his site made me feel good about walking and lifting weights. I had an apple and a banana and a cup of hot decaf. No sign of a period yet but I'm not crampy or anything.
