I ate four small vanilla wafers and I feel like barfing. I need to sprout my lentils again. I'm thinking of dehydrating some apple and banana slices so I have good things to eat instead of Walmart nilla wafers. Yuck. I had a cheese sandwich which wasn't constructed of the best kind of bread but was better than nilla wafers. Right around my period, I grab stuff and eat it. No more of that. I notice that this time around I didn't spot and I didn't get any advanced cramping. I got a tiny bit of breast lumpiness (from caffeinated coffee probably) and a brief period of tiredness. Today I feel better but no menses onset yet.
The walk to church will be good. I won't need to eat something before I run afterwards because I had the cheese sandwich. Usually I have watermelon. I'll have a peach and I should be good to go. The church is a mile and a half down the road and my usual route is up over the hills to the horsefarm and back. WHEW!!!! That's going to be almost eight miles. Two walking and six run/walking. Okay I'm outta here for my mega run/walk extravaganza!

The walk to Church sounds
reminds of Thoreau writing in Walden...
definitely has a New England feel to it.
We had an enormous stock of bananas
off our tree in the front yard.
They are ripe now and in a couple of days
they will be overripe.
Wish you were here to dehydrate and help
eat some!
love,
leslie

It's not far. By the time I got there, my brain was buzzing from the fresh air. Plus I was in some weird psychic space and I really enjoyed the mass, except for confession. I thought the priest was tired and wasn't feeling his vibe. Oh well, everyone is human. I'm planting wheatgrass seeds tomorrow outside. Wish you were here.
