herbal teas and black coffee (truly disgusting...I'm now officially convinced that black coffee is for men and not me!)
half of one apple that was overripe
half of my salad

-Tomorrow I am going into the city and I'm getting up awfully early to go to the fruit stand to get food. I'm on a razor thin budget and can't really afford to splurge. I'll be taking apples, bananas (if I can find ripe ones), berries... really portable things. I'm also taking my thermos with me. Today my caffeine headaches made me want to barf so I had black coffee. Tomorrow is no coffee period. The bentonite clay works but I think I need more because the caffeine is entrenched in my brain :D
