Yeah! Woopie!!! Hoorah!!! I am soooo happy!!! It is day 40 and I met my goal!!!
I feel like I can do anything!
I didn't lose one ounce since yesterday, which is fine. I am going to start cycling next week anyway. Wow.
Tomorrow, I plan to have pureed apples for breakfast, fruit salad for lunch, and probably a banana for dinner. If anyone has any suggestions/warnings I would love to know.
I put my before and after pictures together, and I really cannot tell that much of a difference. However, my office-mate said that it's probably because I am looking at myself, because she can tell a huge difference.
Midge asked if people notice...I have had people's jaws drop and others have approached me asking me what I did. My response is usually just, "I just cleaned up my body," which is true. However, I am still at 151.8, so I would LOVE to lose another ~20lbs, but that's not important right now. What is important is that my body is CLEAN!!!
I will definitely pursue a raw food diet.
Anyway, I will keep up this blog to document what happens to my body after I begin reintroducing food to my body.
Tomorrow I should have my before/after stats.
