Blog: Fasting & Detox: Juicing for first time
Yeah! Day 10! My third mini-goal. My next mini-goal is 14 days - 2 whole weeks. I am suprised to have support from people I would not have expected it from. It has helped me nonetheless.
I gained a half pound...how is that possible???
My ears hurt and I am getting depressed and irritable - both of which I read about. Does it make it easier that "I have read about it"? Perhaps. At least I know that it is chemical, the toxins must have been released into my system. But it still feels crappy. I wish I could put a sign on my office door that reads, "Don't bother me".
Yesterday my dinner juice had pulp in it for some reason. I must have done something wrong. Unfortunately, my stomach had to digest the little bits of pulp I drank making me very hungry. I ended up throwing out the majority of the drink and going straight to bed. I didn't feel like making another.
Speaking of which, I found another great recipe: 3 apples, 3 pears, 1 orange, 1 lemon. It's very refreshing in the morning.
Well, I guess I had better face the morning head on. Have a great day.
