Blog: Journey to Health
I'm already on day three, but lets get you all caught up. I have been trying to lose weight for years. A lot of the ways were really legit, I just didn't stick with it. I've been a member of CZ for about a year now. I've read thousands of posts. And what it's come down to, is not just losing weight, it's getting healthy, inside and out. It's eating right, doing cleanses, getting exercise and much more. I have many health problems to overcome: overweight, daily headaches, tired, fatigue, constant phlegm in throat, addicted to food (junk food, of course ), oily face, acne, slow digestion, slow metabolism, liver/gb congested, and a ton more if I gave myself more time to think about it. But that's enough for now. I wasn't going to start a blog because I was afraid of failing and the whold world knowing it. But thanks for the encouragement of a friend (thanks Dazzle!) I started one. It'll definitely help me to stay on track. And hopefully I can help someone out there with their own struggles. "Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent." Welcome, Midge, to the CZ Blog World!
And congratulations on DAY THREE! That's terrific! I am very excited for you, because I know you're in for a helluva journey and one that will make you very proud of yourself for having accomplished.
Your certainly have the right kick-arse attitude and I can't help but admire that. And you are so right: "Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent."
Read Julie's blog, she did a 30 dayer, too. She had some serious struggles there for a bit, but she persevered and made it through to the end and was so thrilled. She gained so much inner strength from doing this fast. She retrained her eating habits. She gained control over her body, health and life. Really, she's a great inspiration. Again, welcome, Midge, and I look forward to following you on your juicing journey and cheering you on!
*hugs*

Thanks Dazzle!
I've just read through Julies' blog, it took me 2 hours! It was a great piece of work. It was very encouraging.
What do you think about having bm's while juicing? I didn't think you were suppose to because you're not getting any fiber in, so what would come out? I do have some colon cleansing stuff here, I guess I should use it huh? I really would like to get rid of some mucoid plaque like Julie did!!
I see that you'll be starting another fast soon too! Great!
thanks,
Midge

GREAT! I'm glad you have decided to start a blog!! It will help, it doesn't seem like it will, but it will.
How much weight do you have to/want to lose? I have about 70 pounds to lose.
You CAN do it! Just get past those hard, horrible first days, and you're on your way to feeling TERRIFIC!
