HEYYY,
I just got back from the big birthday bash. I made it through with flying colors. The whole family is asking questions now, because of my weightloss and my skin and eyes. I think they all want to fast now LOL. I have felt pretty good today. it is still hard not to eat the bad food though. I can't say my appetite has ever completely gone. I am thinking I am gonna change to the Master Cleanser with lemon and maple syrup. I feel like I need a change and it will help me to stick this out. I feel that I have been on juices long enough that the transition should be easy. If anybody has any input...good or bad, id like to hear it.

personally i have found that the MC is good for short time periods, but not for longer. a day or two is enough for me when it comes to the MC. i also believe that you do not get enough minerals with the MC, if you do it i would highly advise that you get some Concentrace brand liquid minerals, they are THE BEST, and ad it to the lemonade. theoretically the maple syrup has all the minerals but realisticaly that is not the case. also been reading about pineapples ability to burn up fat. apparently it is very very good at that.

hannah i switched it up a lot on my fast. some days i couldnt face juice so i just had water and then other days i had mc lemonade (with agave nectar instead of maple syrup) this worked for me. or i may have had only one or two juices with lemonade and water if i was feeling like i needed something. but i really think i wouldnt have been able to go the distance of 30 days without the juice i just kept going back to it when i felt like i needed it. good luck.
