Blog: 30 day juice fast
| I just need to blog, just got back from a walk, and hunger dropped out of the sky from nowhere. usually fasting let's me off the hook after 3 days, what in the world is going on? okay, I'm better, I think I just needed to get it out. I'm still in the race. I just I'll go listen to some of my healing tapes or worship music in a bit. I think I'll read some more blogs.

| this would happen to me too on and off too. i just increased the number of juices - i found more veggie juice helped with the hunger.

This comes and goes throughout the fast. Julie's right, drink more veggies, especially the greens. Have some hot herbal tea.
It will pass.
