Blog: 30 day juice fast
YEAH!!!! I'm feeling really light today, I didn't realize my but was my biggest burden. I've notice my legs aren't tired, I'm not hugh, but I'm not the weight I should be, I've got about 40 more lbs to lose. This fast is not so much about weight as it is healing and letting my body know who's boss. ME. and my boss is God. Today, I asked my body for forgiveness, for those 40 lbs it's be carring around. I won't do that again.
I guess I'll have some tea, read and hope I can go to sleep. But God

I have a huge butt and when I run on the treadmill I'm reminded of that fact constantly ;-) It's okay to admit it. You're not sinning hehehehe.

Thanks ren,
I'm glad to know another one of the "Butt" Sista's are rutting me on. But we won't be for long, after 30 days we'll be saying good=bye to an old friend.
