You can eat proper correct, raw food 80% of the time, and then an occasional Starbucks 20%; and you should do quite well... Exercise is the key to any balanced life program....
We may well do another diet section, on simplytruth.com soon... Watch for it, also will post a section on the message board for open dissuasion on diets/eating and such... I am also looking into a very promising product which will let you lose when you snooze... Will let you know...
