Blog: My 10 day juice fast
I don't know what made me do it.
Dammit. I ate an avocado. Funny, it actually made me hungrier to eat. After work I figured I'd indulge, so I ate some baby romaine and some raw veggie soup.
I'm sorry you guys. I feel like I've let everyone down. But I am NOT giving up. I am hopping right back on the fast come thursday, and will be going strong! (I work a double tomorrow and a triple the next day, so....not til Thursday.
Honestly, it wasn't really hunger. It was just BOREDOM.
From now on I will pick up the phone and CALL someone when I feel the urge to eat. Talking on the phone is a great way to get my mind of eating.
I still feel like my body has benefited a little from the fast. It feel just a pinch cleaner. I'm gonna add lots of GREEN juice and wheatgrass and E3live to my fasting this time around.

If you plan your juicing and hot veggie broth menus ahead of time, and plan activities that occupy the mind, you'll have a contingency plan in place for those moments of boredom. Plans will keep you in control. Good luck!
