Its day 7 and I cannot believe Im not hungry.
The hunger pangs went away after day 3. This is incredible!! I really wished someone could explain what happened to my desire for food. Thanks.
Days 5 and 6 were uneventful. I decided to pay for lunch from the school cafeteria so I wouldnt have to fix lunch for my Kindergartener. (one less wiff) :)
I have to say that I have not had any 'detox signs' save for my episode with body odor on days 2 & 3. I get much much better results with a juice fasting with carrots, celery, beets etc.
I dont think this 'cleanse' is doing anything for me really. I have to say though - my skin looks absolutely fabulous!!
I'm thinking of doing starting the OJ tomorrow to end this, then doing my juicing in a couple of days.
Definately getting a colonic on Saturday morning.
We'll see.

| You are lucky. I'd cut off my right arm to be able to fast for even 2 days without passing out, much less without being hungry. People with hypoglycemia/low blood sugar issues can't ever get the benefits of fasting. You don't know how lucky you are not to have these issues.
