Blog: Asthma & Chlorella. My relief from using Chlorella
Im not sure How this messaging system works but here goes.........16 years of severe asthma suffering & the side effects of the prescribed drugs, have hopefully have come to an end. The only diffence that I have made is by taking 20 tablets a day of Chlorella. What can I say, get onto it.
Steroids,steroids, steroids, ....seemed to be the only answer to my asthma problem. Many trips to the hospital via ambulance, many days in intensive care. You name it, I tried, No dairy, no wheat, ephedrine, Butekyo, swimming, different teas etc etc. I then had a talk to a lady whom was married to a doctor but herself more involved with natural medicines . She had been poisoned with mercury during a dentist vistit. After many years of severe problems associated with mercury poisoning, she had great success in relieving her symptoms after trying Chlorella. It was her praise for the "superfood" that had sparked word of mouth reviews. Many people had returned a favourable result from many different problems, with asthma being one of them. I was willing to give it a try as it was better hearing from the horses mouth than a friend of a friend etc. I am sooo greatful. I dont know what else I could possibly put it down to as its the only thing that I am doing different. My doctors suggested I move house, change occupation, change beds, pillows, repaint the house in a non allergy paint etc etc. Give it a go.....youve everything to gain & nothing to lose (but a few bucks). It is good that you recognized that what ever you were doing it did not work... Then you made a change to improve that is will power and preserverance... It pays off after a while...
Though I do not have asthma; I have been using SUN Chlorella for about six months now and things are looking better... We should always seek the best for ourself, then pass the info on to others so they can use our knowledge to help them... Thanks for your posts, see Ya.. Kermit

Asthma reflex: what else?
The lips a key to love and a cure for asthma.
Asthma treatment based on the acupressure point Renzhong (gv26) on skin betwixt nose and upper lip with a very impressive bibliography.
Firstly: massage upper lip.

Thirdly: practise loud nasal inhales compressing lips with the same sensation and make a habit of this.
Fourthly: see a doctor about getting off medication.
