Forgiveness and Thanksgiving are the Keys to Spiritual Preparation for Healing.
" As a spiritual preparation to embark upon the path of natural living and purification, we must be in a state of constant forgiveness so that we may be forgiven for the sins we have upon ourselves and others."
Preparing the Home for Self-Healing-Your home is a reflection of who and what you are and the levels that you've reached in self-awareness.
Clean out the old to make room for the new. Work within seven-day cycles.
The entrance to your home...
Keeping something representing a natural spiritual element near the door. Queen Afua suggests a vase of 'lucky leaves'. I don't know what this is BUT I do like the idea of the cactus. My mom has a holy water thing up on the wall. I think I shall fill it tomorrow.
Helpful hints about colors- For best results when painting our home or even wearing colors on your body temple, remember these helpful hints about colors:
violent/indigo... this is the color of my room. It symbolises higher mind and divine intelligence. There's a nice chart in the book giving the different color descriptions.
Your home as a healing space-
Living Room-basically saying don't put your tv there. It should be used as a space for communication and artistic expression.
Your Kitchen as a Healing Laboratory-
This area of the home is the foundation of higher health and healing to the entire household.
Cleanse your refrigerator and discard all devitalised foods.
Purification Kitchen Laboratory Tools-
juicer,blender,measuring utensils

I do quarter teaspoon of powder or a capsule of goldenseal. I do it a cap at a time. Some people do mix up a mason jar of tea to drink throughout the day though. I should post that later for you, my own personal herb mix.
