I am on my 4th day in San Blas. This morning I woke up to hot cafe and a banana for breakfast.

I walked over to my webmaster and we discussed the tantra yogi shopping cart. And some supplier information as I left her cabana and was walking back to mine...I stopped and surveyed the waters edge. The fishermen of San Blas were pulling their nets into the skiffs in preparation for the day. I noticed how they pulled the large nets in such a way so they could let them out "in reverse" when they hit their fishing destination.
The birds chirped and made interesting non US noises...great taled grackles they are like our Californian mocking birds they mimic sounds of the neighborhood.
The Frigates, a water bird, circle overhead with vultures, a interesting combination of wing shapes. As we lay on the beach yesterday we look overhead at the dance of the birds- I slipped into a primal connection, with the earth, with another time in my "lives" when I lived simply and felt the earth...I still remember and am connected to this way of feeling and being.
I m off to the Mercado for my oil/lard and cafe so I can refry those black beans from yesterday's blogette

Do we turn our back on the past…
Since it is indeed no more…
As we walk along a pristine path…
Walking bare foot on the shore…
As we note the numerous sea shells…
living creatures that are no more…
With sea waves rolling on one side…
to the other… land and shore…
what is this illusion we call life…
within its' mixtures joy and strife…
what on earth... could the purpose be…
but that the answers lie… inside of me…
does make me think... and make me wonder...
i've spent my life... a total blunder...
twould be nice... to know the truth...
before they put me 6 feet under...
lol...
