I went back to the gym yesterday. I felt great afterwards and guzzles a sixteen ounce green juice afterwards. The up and down depression last week with my mother had me eating junk so I got constipated. I tried taking epsolm salts, it worked the first time but nothing happened yesterday except for passing A LOT of smelly gas YIKES! I don't think I'll do that again for a LONG time (taking epsolm salts lax). I didn't mind the gas because my stomach got flatter. Anyway, I woke up this morning and ate two greens energy bars. I'm going to do a trial and error blog entry about these wonderful bars. I'm having my supplements with a cup of herbal tea.

I am going to find different ways of spending my morning. The first three or four hours of the day are your brain's most creative, most active. I've been up since seven but most of it has been reading Pear Magazine so that's good. Storm and Jinjee's mag this month is AWESOME.

This weekend is going to be challenging. My mother is home all weekend and today the last twenty invites are going out. I have a TON of pics to get from my digital camera, including my old fasting pics, laser hair removal pics, my bodybuilding pics with my mismatched bikini! I'm not getting smaller just 'more firm'. My best bodyparts are my legs and I notice they're getting firmer. One of my long term fitness goals (one year) is to compete in a bodybuilding show. I don't think my body style is suitable for a fitness figure. I come from peasant stock and I have always had that Sicilian mountainwoman look. Oh well. Not complaining! Just sayin'

My nails are growing like crazy since starting the 6000mg of MSM three weeks ago. I'm also taking other things but I'll outline those in my trial and error blog. Exercise IS the key to the fountain of youth. I feel so GREAT now, compared to the emotional HELL I was in last week. I started listening to one of my old Dick Sutphen tapes called 'higher self' which includes a very good guided meditation.

Oh one thing, I'm getting a NEW BICYCLE this weekend. My sister and I were discussing whether I should have cussed out the guy for stealing my bicycle. She felt sorry for him on one hand. I really didn't felt all that sorry even after I found out his friend stole it. I LET him keep my bicycle even after he acted as if it was my fault for having a crappy lock on it. I can't lie. It was a bad lock *LOL* I'm not into self immolation and lethal acts of 'charity'. I was going to donate the bike to charity before it was stolen. I have to say that the employee at Walmart really did a great job because I'm surprised that bike lasted that long. My NEW bike was bought a custom bike shop for three fifty and is getting a KRYPTONITE chain lock.
