Blog: Uncovering The Starchild Within
I received my copy of Breakthrough in the mail just before the christmas holiday. I have to say that this is Storm and Jinjee's finest work yet, maybe EVER. I've gotten all of their books but there's nothing like watching the whole raw vegan lifestyle in action. The price is pretty good too, something like twenty four dollars for the documentary AND the Circular Workout video http://www.breakthroughthedocumentary.com/
I love the visionary tone of the video. Storm does have a point. What if we raised our children without the poisons of commercialised society? Processed foods, etc. What if we didn't bombard them with game boys, criticism and hatefulness? What if we nutured their creativity, etc? The film is very personal, giving insights into family battles with cancer. They also feature video testimonies of family members who lost weight on raw foods. I'd get the DVD to put into my bridal shower gift bag if I knew the women wouldn't throw it in the corner *LOL*
I will publish another review of Breakthrough after my twelve week process of going through my intentions, one by one. I also have a list of dream goals but I'm not going to share those yet. These are things I started thinking about since viewing this DVD and I've started making a video of my own, though I'm more into taking pictures! I had my notebook on my register today and a customer looked over and saw my list of dream goals. One of them was to finish college and get a degree. I know that I am smart but now that I'm coming into 'enlightenment' I wonder what my performance would be now. That's just a sampling. I do encourage people to buy the DVD and be inspired like I am.
My intentions revolve around healthy and vitality. I purchaed a wheatgrass kit and a kombucha tea kit and am brewing KT as I type this. I am also beginning a two week juice cleanse. It is time to conquer some serious food addictions. It's not that I binge on food but I eat food that isn't good for me, like coffee for instance. I've already begun following through on one intention that I have and that is to finish the Long Island Marathon. I've registered for it and so it's official.
I also started practicing falun dafa exercises. I was full of energy today at work and had a good aspect about me. I love yoga and falun dafa. I didn't bother to make 'resolutions' but INTENTIONS today.
I intend to cleanse my body thoroughly.
I intend to be healthy and live my life to the fullest extent.
I intend to enjoy the stuff of life as if today was my last day on earth.
I intend to live a long time, almost immortal.
I intend to shed the emotional, mental, physical baggage of my childhood.
I intend to lose the weight I've used to protect my fragile emotions.
I intend to replace my excess fat with a fit, heathy exterior.
I intend to replace coffee drinking with wheatgrass, kombucha tea and herbal teas that are not harmful to my breasts (I have fibrocystic breasts).
I intend to change my diet to an all raw vegan diet, consisting of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
I intend to make fresh juice every day.
I intend to exercise my body every day.
I intend to go to church once a week and receive holy communion.
I intend to say a rosary once a week.
I intend to meditate one hour every day.
There are some of my personal intentions for the new year. I think they're pretty good. It will not only benefit me but benefit my family, my fiance and even my job. Have a nice day tomorrow everyone.

Ren, I'm new to the blog section of curezone, so I'm not sure when you wrote that blog, if you'll get this message, or how to even read a response from you, but are you still doing the falun dafa? My boyfriend has been practicing it for around 6 years and is totally into the philosophy, he does it pretty much every day. I am trying to get on board with it but feeling a lot of resistance, mainly because it seems like if you choose this cultivation practice, it's pretty much your belief system and you can't cultivate with other methods and be successful, and I"m having a hard time with that. It's also SOOOO mystical in such a specific way, it's a real mind-bender for me and I feel a certain amount of skepticism. I'm kind of looking for opinions and observations from others, particularly other westerners, who know about this practice or have experienced it. If you have time to share your thoughts, that would be much appreciated.

I like the exercises. The spiritual cultivation beliefs of Master Li does not really interest me since I'm a committed christian. Go ahead and practice anyway.
