Praise God everyone in the Cure Zone family. I have been without meat, coffee, chocolate, veggie patties, junk food,etc. for almost 24 hours. I am on a great email loop with food addicts anonymous. Last night I attended a lecture by Paul Nison. What an wonderful human being. I highly recommend his books. Anyway, I'll be posting his notes tonight when I get home. I'm blogging from my treo phone!
