Blog: Uncovering The Starchild Within
I attended a WONDERFUL David Wolfe lecture at Bonobo's in the city yesterday. What a wonderful event. A storeful of people excited to be healthy and raw. David Wolfe's enthusiasm is contagious!!! Anyway, I have my notes to put tomorrow. Here's what I'm doing tomorrow as a result of this lecture...
Going to go to the sauna/steam room at the pool again. This time I am taking special herb water with me for detoxing my kidney and liver. My acne isn't going away but then I've been drinking coffee still too :o) I am not going to eat anything solid in the morning but I am going to take some coconut water just in case I get a little faint while exercising. I think an hour of walking or lifting light weights should be okay. I can also jump rope too. My ex-boyfriend sent me some nice shampoo/conditioner.
I have to work tomorrow all day and I MUST be prepared. I go out of control snacking. If I can get through one day at the store without stuffing my face, I'll be happy. Somehow I have to figure out how to go to confession too but it probably won't happen.
I'm exhausted now so I'll be checking in tomorrow.

Pool doesn't open till ten. Tomorrow I'll have my health day because I'll be walking anyway. I got up a little shaky emotionally speaking. I'm going to get ready and head off to the library then to work.

Yes, that is a good plan.
Make sure you have lots of containers
and mason jars with loving foods
that serve you.
Preparation is the key.
You are working in so many worlds.
Keep up the great work.
Yes, the spiritual part is essential.
Leave time for that too.
David Wolff is a trip.

of these times.
