Undereat for Good Nutrition
Dr. Gabriel Cousens writes, “The most important single rule in nutrition is undereat!!!"
He continues “This rule takes precedence over all other dietary advice… In experiments with animals, the undereaters 'in general, were more youthful, vigorous, and energetic, when compared to normals, and showed minimal to no chronic degenerative diseases.'
"The raw foods diet is a natural form of undereating and calorie restriction. You receive all of your nutrients with half the amount of food, and you're not hungry."
Dr. T. Colin Campbell, MD, PhD, says the same in The China Study - in two groups of lab mice - one that is allowed to eat all they want, and one that is fed 20% less - the members of the group that eats 20% less are always healthier and live longer than their "well fed" cousins. This experiment has been repeated hundreds of times, it always comes out the same way, but never seems to get any media coverage...
