| Do you put this in carrot juice or fruit juice or??? I'm very excited about starting to use aloe vera fresh from my little garden! Today I tried it in a (raw-style) miso-seaweed soup and just "diced" the fresh aloe in it -- tasted great! ;)

Your soup seems like a wonderful way to add aloe to your health protocol. The main thing is to find as many ways as possible to add aloe to your diet. Carrots are great with aloe. I usually juice an apple in with carrots for my aloe drink. I hope the best
results for you.
