"What happens, is that you actually stick new fecal matter to the old fecal matter when it gets in the colon, and the action of the colon literally strips it out. In around 3 days it’ll probably come out, two feet or more long, all in one piece, when you first get on that cleanse -- without a colonic. And then you aren’t upsetting the normal absorption of minerals that go back through the colon wall into your blood. You’ll see dark brown, spots, or tough, stringly stuff, 2 to 2 1/2 feet long, wrapped around, or attached to, the new fecal matter. Hi there,
This sounds like a wonderful way to get things moving and your instructions are pretty clear, however, when I go to the article in the link, I can't find the bulk liquid aloe protocol you describe -- (although there are passages re: digestive supplement formulas that include dried aloe/glucomannon).
If you can be more specific, in particular, as to where I could find the proportions of the herbal mixture you take by the ounce, I'd really appreciate it so that I could approximate this cleanse myself.

I dont understand your directions ie. where do you get the herbal brew what kind of aloe and how much licorice and hibiscus.
