Time to Cleanse Again
June full moon is a great time to cleanse.

The June full moon is coming on the 9th this month. This is a great time to do a periodic parasite cleanse. Most animals are in full rutting mode and parasites will return to the digestive tract to procreate.
My protocol will be as my Naturopath prescribed. It is a neuro toxic combination of chemicals so please do not try this without medical advice and support. I will be taking one day of pyrantel paomate (pinworm medication), along with a stool softener or laxative followed by 4 days of 200 mg of mebendazole, followed by 1 day of pyrantel paomate and mebendazole. Every day I will start the day by ingesting 12 frozen cod liver oil capsules (caster oil and pumpkin seed oil work too but be careful with the caster oil). It takes days to freeze the cod liver oil caps so get your supplies early. I will ingest the frozen capsules first thing in the morning and then eat a very cold breakfast to push them through the digestive tract before they unfreeze. Then I will do a digestive tract cleanse with a salt water flush. I tend to do very intense salt flushes and live in the bathroom for about half a day. I will also eat as many beets as possible and some fresh, raw garlic. This is a good protocol to test for parasites as you can do it in a few days. You can skip the mebendazole if you don't have access to it. I get mine from an Australian pharmacy. It is an over the counter drug sold under the name of Combantrin. Cheap to order, expensive to ship. If parasites show up, refer to my long term protocol. You have to save your stool and use a plastic fork to strain the stool against the side of the toilet. Anything hard gets fished out, rinsed off, put on a white paper plate and photographed with dates and a quarter for scale. You want to keep track of what you are expelling.
Then I will have to reintroduce good bacteria into my system thru fermented foods and probiotics. See the Journal of Parasitology at hindawi.com/journals/jpr/2011/610769 for research on which probiotics work well on which parasites.
I am doing this because the last parasite I eliminated was a tapeworm with a hard exoskeleton. My Naturopath swears that only one tapeworm at a time can live in your digestive system but I think he is wrong. There are 4500 different types of tapeworms and mine was very, very unusual. I eliminated this tapeworm months ago and it is time to eliminate any young ones that may have hatched.
