The name #YourEnchantedGardener
came to me on my journey to piece together my shattered early life. I had to discover and name my higher self and create an identity that clearly for me was aligned with my purpose for birth.
We all are riding a horse, so to speak. At times we fall off.
A key to life is getting back up in the saddle.
I have been under a lot of stress lately. I felt distracted from my purpose, without seeing that the difficult and trying experiences I was having were alway keys to my impending breakthroughs.
I had a brain MRI March 29. I initiated the request. I thought I had a brain tumor to tell the truth. I have been waking up for about nine weeks now with mild headaches and felt lightheaded at times. When I walked, at times, my brain seemed to be bouncing against the bone of my head. The MRI showed no problem in my head.
The solution is in part yet to be determined. However, yesterday I found myself in a room of 150 osteopaths, that included Walter Cohen, who is working with me. I cDNA to hear Mimi Guarneri who was speaking at the Osteopathic Cranial conference at the @Marriot La Jolla.
The focus of the conference was apparently the Cranial cavity. Go figure?
I wasn’t sure what kind of credentials we might need or ticket.
Jenny, the Gatekeeper, appreciated the eucalyptus I brought her. So did Mimi.
This year’s conference coordinator was Dr Michael K, head of the @Ucsd Center for Integrative Medicine. We are both fans of Mimi, who I call America’s leading for health. She is co-founder of the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine - AIHM. I am a member.
Mimi’s topic was the Brain-Heart-Git Axis. How stunning! My introduction to gut health was originally my spiritual father Dr. Bernard Jensen. He is not only the father of American iridology, but also world renowned for his work on Bowel Management.
The top scientists and Integrative MD’s are beginning to explore the microbiome today, and “Poop.” They are clearly following in the footsteps of Dr Bernard Jensen.
Most of them never heard of Jensen or his passionate work that included bowel cleansing.
Wow!!! The master teachers who taught Dr Bernard Jensen knew about this topic. Now science and Integrative Medicine is just peeking at what they knew and Dr Bernard Jensen practiced.

He seemed to recognize me. He saw me at the annual @ScrippsNatSup conference or Aihm, where Mimi has introduced our #PlantYourDream work to her communities.
At the reception following her talk, I was warmly welcomed by Michael.
He thanks me fir my work.
His welcoming was healing, in juxtaposition to my challenging times of late.
I had two revelatory dreams the night following. In one, I was with the soul of Dr Bernard Jensen snd his protege Ellen Jensen, who is advancing knowledge of the iris Map, (i.e, iridology). I am a Natursl when it comes to spreading the word about things I like.

As I sat munching celery dipped in hummus, and reflecting on the importance of micronutrients, I had this insight:
