Yesterday I took 8 frozen cod liver oil capsules first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This technique has yielded parasites every time I've done it. One note of caution though. I had heavy gas yesterday from eating uncooked veggies and some garlic. I found an oil stain on the inside of my pants last night and fecal material had come thru with it. I was wearing cotton underwear. So you might want to do this on weekends or watch the diet. This is the first time it's happened to me.
It seems that there are two to three types of parasites in this picture. The oblong red ones seem whole and complete. The big one looks like a banana slug. I poked it with my fork. It is hard and solid. There is a squished up 'spider' in the corner. (See earlier post for a clear picture of one or possibly two.) There may be another variety in the seed looking types but they could also be undigested pumpkin seeds. I had some with lunch yesterday.
On another note, the mebendazole that I ordered from Sri Lanka hasn't arrived. It's been 3 weeks. I put in a complaint with Ebay yesterday. Note to self: Only use your account when ordering. If you use a 'guest' account, you will never find the order in their system. Ebay also doesn't publish their phone number. Apparently you can Google it but I got it from Paypal.I spent about 2 hours on the phone and computer yesterday trying to resolve it.
So I tried again. There was a new seller on Ebay for mebendazole. An Australian pharmacy. The price is much higher and the shipping was outrageous but when I compare it to the cost of an office visit with the Dr., it is OK. This seems to be almost a do it yourself cure. Oh yeah and then there is the cost of colonics. $100 including tip. But I live in a very expensive area. My Dr. wanted me to do them 1-2 times per week. I just can't afford that as this has stretched into months. Now I do one a month near the full moon. The full moon is on Christmas this year. Very rare.
I did buy an enema bag and my intention is to learn how to do coffee enemas but I seem to have some emotional challenges with this one. I am almost paranoid about what might come out. There was a freaky post on the rope worm Facebook page yesterday. God forbid I should have those! I feel like the salt water flushes are almost easier. They start at the top of the digestive system and work their way down. But I also think they are hard on your system.
Feeling much better. The limited diet seems to help, so it's easy to stick to it. Drinking beet/veggie juice, eating beets and garlic. Still taking the h2h water, the herbals and the bromelain. Drinking lots of Yogi Detox tea. Trying to get lots of exercise to stimulate movement in the digestive system, along with lots of water.
