| The answer indeed lies in the emotions, its the story that helps us to remember the emotions. Stories are just stories, it is the emotions that give them meaning. The more powerful emotions the more powerful the meaning.

Yes, once we come to realize the connection with our past through many mind-body conflicts; many pains and sufferings will be gone!

Review: So important (and liberating) to understand how pain is linked to our mind. It means we can change our pain with understanding and knowledge rather than medication and surgery (which are often not effective).
