I would like to share my experience in the hope it will bring some relief from the horrible burning and pain of fissures and haemorrhoides.
I have had Haemorrhoids and fissures in the past 5 years. My fissure and haemorrhoides returns to me almost every year in the hot season. In the first years I have suffered a lot, especially from fissure but in the last years I have found some cures. I have found “Daflon 500 mg” to be very good and fast for curing haemorrhoides. I have also discovered a wanderful remedies for curing anal fisssure. I have applied pure Olive Oil inside my anus before and after defecating. (with a syring without a needle) This smoth the defecate stool and help the wound to heal very fast. I think the key to defecate easily is the quantity of water we drink and the quantity of fibers we eat. In my case, i dring about 5 liters of water per day in hot season, and 2-3 liter per day in winter and olso eat lot of beens. I also drink 2 full glases of water as soon as I wake up in morning. This habit makes that I defecate every morning easily. Also turmeric powders have strong healing properties.
