Blog: 40 day water fast
When I woke up this morning, I was feeling great! I didn't feel dizzy/lightheaded like I've felt before.. but I did feel extremely hungry.. I hope it will stop tomorrow because it's hard to concentrate like this.. and it makes me feel nauseous too. Today I had to walk up a small hill and I got so tired! It was like running until your body can't take it anymore and you feel you're going to faint and you get really nauseous.. and I got that just from walking up a hill.. and going to school every day isn't making it any easier. I keep seeing everybody eating all the time..
My mom is coming home today and she always cooks and I'm really worried.. because I want to finish this fast more than anything! But she is such a great cook.. and the whole house is going to smell like food.. but it's so stupid because I know that all the foods I'm craving for now, will still be at the store when I finish fasting.. so it can wait.
My goal is to fast 40 days but I just take 10 days at a time.. it's easier like this. I hope I'll feel better tomorrow!
