My new green smoothie formula is quite filling. It adds more bulk to my poop and wow I just have to remember I can't guzzle down a peanut butter jar of this stuff LOL!
Fiberfun
2 bananas
rolled oats
sprouted wheatgrass seeds about two tablespoons
spinach (of course!)
dash of cinnamon
dash of angostura bitters
This is VERY filling. I thought I actually had too much this morning! But I ran the numbers through sparkpeople and it comes out about 343 calories. I do not have a reference for sprouted wheatberries. I'm going to measure the oats for accuracy.
Yesterday was my day off and I consumed about 1522cal. I was hungry yesterday! Last night I drank two cups of grapefruit molasses tea while watching this AWESOME movie about Pope John Paul II. I didn't get a good night's sleep though. I dreamed of the pope, cats eating mice and badgers, forgetting to copy additional orders at work. Blah!

I had the most awesome workout at the gym. Man it was good. Anyway, I'm tired from work but I was feeling that kind of emptiness that would keep me awake. I made a pint jar smoothie:
1. banana
2. 1/2 avocado
3. green lettuce
4. parsley
YUMMO!!!! It was pretty good. I stopped at the church on the way home to GIVE THANKS. God is GOOD. I felt the alarm bells going off on my way to work to stop in and pray before work. So I did. I ended up being charge nurse and it was pretty busy. I did have to hit up the orange juice at about 10pm and two small peppermint candies so the breath smells sweet. I totally grodied out at the gym and didn't take a shower but I made sure I smelled half way decent. I just really had to get to church more than take a shower. Oh well.
