My day went better than what I expected. Preparing my body eating low carb days before the fast was very beneficial.

In the morning hours I woke up with a slight headache but it went away after a few hours.

I explained the process of my fast to my husband so that he knows not to offer me any food and also to make sure he understands what I'm doing and why.

To be honest the first hours of the day were hard. I had to keep drinking water to calm my stomach. Then it got really hard when I had to go to the store to shop for groceries for my family.

Something that really worked for me while I was there was to thinking about why I'm fasting and how tired I am of my health conditions. I started thinking of the nice cute clothes I got that don't fit me. But what motivated me the most was that when I finish this first 30 days I will be able to wear half of the clothes in my closet.

I know that is about 30 pounds per 30 days but I'm hoping to go a little bit further since I'm so heavy right now. I know that for my second fast it will slow down. Just the idea of being 200 pounds again gives me that SUPER CHARGED extra Hell No don't eat punch!!!

wel i realy hope all things go well for you

just be carefull it sounds dangrous lol

i now ow u feel about the overweight thing im 16 now an ive been in hospials more than id like i have PTT and droped arches im trying to loss weight but im not a diet person i love my food to much but i eatalot of health foods i try to loss weight threw sports but im in alot of pain after i cant walk after and am to stuborn to stop lol
