I am not fasting; drinking coffee and had some fruit.
My energy levels seem okay but I think I feel better if I kept fasting. I do not feel hungry yet I have not fasted because I’m bored and hate how I feel when detoxing. I think it would be a good idea to break down a long term fast into ten day intervals with juicing breaks. It might make the detoxing a little less painful. Yet I wonder if doing this would translate as an eating disorder. It all seems like a fine line. People might get the wrong idea or maybe my mindset might become altered due to the lack of ‘normal’ eating habits. Maybe I think way too much into things?
All I know is that the overall affect of fasting feels good. I felt calm even when my social life was going haywire. Yet now that I am not fasting everything feels like a ton of bricks. Fasting for me is like sitting on top of a mountain. I’m not sure how to explain it.
