Blog: 30 day water fast journal
nothing new going on today.
i feel great and haven't weighed myself. i know i'm "stuck" on 152 which is alright by me.
by day 30, i hope i at least lose 2-3 more pounds. i know once i start juicing on may 1st, additional weight will drop b/c i know my body is holding onto a lot of stuff over the course of these weeks.
my goal is to weigh 140 by may 12th, so i can pick out a dress in a size 7/9 by may 14th [graduating from college- yay!]
uber excited!

| simply amazing - how you have gone that long on water only baffles me. i do a water fast one day here and there but i doubt i could go the distance you have. you will look wonderful in your dress!

hey, thanks!
you def can do it. i started cold turkey on the first and the rest is history. i guess i got tired of being so concerned about my weight since like middle school- i finally decided to do something about it. but, this time it was for me and i am extremely focused.
i'll post pics of me in my dress if i reach my goal :]
