OK so its day one . I'm currently 183 and 5'3 .
I'm 19years old and I'm doing this for weight loss and to begin a healthy life style.
I have Jack La Lannes juicer it works pretty good .
I made juice this morning for the day.
6 carrots
3kiwis
20 grapes
2 handfuls of spinach
4 apples
So If anyone would like to join me message me and we can pursue a journey to a healthy life together ( :

Just a tip. You might try cutting down on carrots and apples, and adding more greens and colorful veggies.
Add red or green peppers, romaine lettuce, definately celery and cucumbers, beet, radish.

Too much apple and carrot adds a lot of sugar, and your body would like to kick the sugar, which causes
more hunger.
Oh, add cayenne pepper, it will help lessen the hunger till you get over the first 3 or 4 days.
