I can't believe I made it to Day 3!!!! So far I am 10 hours into it and i'm feeling alright. I only managed to do 2 hours and 15 minutes of exercise last night but at least it was something.
I am feeling really motivated because of the good results I have been seeing on the scale so far. I can only hope that I continue to see them because I have a tendancy to think about breaking a program when I plateau etc.
I've also been inspired by a video blog I found on youtube of a young woman fasting in new york. right now she is on around Day 21 and you can really see a nice slimming difference in her facial features. She appears to only relax in bed daily and she has seen a great change. I can only hope that I achieve equal or better results since I have to work and I plan on exercising as much as I can.
So last night I was very optimistic about the amount of exercise I would do and the hopeful amount of weight I could lose and I didn't reach it, but my results are still good.
