Q: Spirit, what am I to know this day? A: Know that you are loved. You are so hard on yourself! You are your own worst critic, your own worst judge! Allow yourself to be human, then laugh it off! Do not take yourself so seriously! You do one small thing that you consider "bad" and then feel "ashamed" and beat yourself up over it---this is the "old" paradigm of "sin"---there is no "sin", there is no "evil", only lessons to be learned. There is no heaven, there is no hell (except what you create in you own mind), no system of "rewards" or "punishments" and no "brownie points" as you always joke about, no "bean counting" and no weighing of your heart against a feather! (referring to an ancient Egyptian myth of the afterlife). When you "die" you leave your body--it returns to the dust and soil out of which it was formed, the very body of Mother Earth/Gaia, and your "soul", your TrueSelf, your multi-dimensional angelic beautiful-beyond-earthly-belief SELF rejoins with ALL of your Other "Selves" that you have been/are being/will Be (what you call "past"/"present"/"future" Selves) and rejoin the "Kingdom of God"/"Beyond the Veil"/Great Holy Divine Realm of All Being which is so vastly magnificent and so beyond the capacity of your human fleshly brain to possibly comprehend/understand in your very 3-D form that you can only "glimpse" it in rare moments of brilliant flashes of insight or in the deepest moments of the deepest meditative state. Yes, you long for it, you yearn for it, what you refer to as "going Home", but the "going Home" will occur only after what you have come here on earth to do is done! And the Doing of it is not as important as the BEing of it--yes, there is a distinction here--for DOING implies an action, something to be achieved, accomplished, while the BEING of it implies an introspection, a sitting-still, a contemplation...it is BEING your Divine Self encased in an earthly form that is the True purpose of your existence on Earth, not the "doing" of an earthly task! And what does "BEing" really mean...to BE, to embody, to embrace, to exude, to...we run out of English words...to imbue, to "collapse inward" towards one's Self...yes, your human brain is too muddled...the translation of such a concept into words is too difficult...to just EXIST AS YOUR TRUE BEING-SELF, in all its multi-dimensionality, God-Hood, SELF-HOOD, irregardless of any action, doing, accomplishment, or goal-oriented activity. Difficult, yes? You know this, the words are irrelevant--feel it in your heart, your mind, your BEing--breathe it in, breathe it out...Existing for existence's sake--no other reason except to unfold as the Universe unfolds--continuous, everlasting, alive...
From Webster's Dictionary:
be: to exist; live
being: the state or fact of existing or living; existence of life; fundamental or essential nature; Philosophy: fulfillment of possibilities; essential completeness
embody: to give bodily form to; to make corporeal; incarnate
embrace: to accept readily; avail oneself of; to encircle, surround, enclose
exude: to diffuse or seem to radiate
imbue: to permeate or inspire
do: to perform an action; to carry out, fulfill; to bring about, cause; to exert; to attend to; to have one's work or occupation; to work out, solve

Although I have had a NDE and found there is a heaven beyond the veil, a real location, I still find that "being" is more important than "doing" but we fall into bodies to do both. If we ignore the one for the other then we may be tempted to fall again and make another body suffer for our choice,. We are our own judge and our harshest critic and while "doing" is not what makes it into heaven... each moment of love mixed with joy will be a gem that is added to who and what is God. God...a lesser God does have an ego though...and if the soul you occupy has any doubts about the bodies they have occupied... I could have done better if I had only... and that would enough for a soul to fall again into a burning sack of flesh(hell)... but WE don't have to fall over and over again... if we get the message of being joy and being love as opposed to doing good or ill... The best way to avoid the falling is to refuse to return to a body that dies... There will be ancestors that will try to tempt you into falling again but refuse anyway... In this way we will be (even if wrongly used by many Christians) "born again" into a higher nature of existence where sickness and disease are no more...and We will no longer have to learn our lessons through suffering and shame... Being loving and joyful does not mean being other's throw mat while we are here either... Standing up for justice is not a spiritual crime... We do have a mission on this earth that requires doing or we would not fall... If we get far away from the "doing" our bodies have contracted with all of the other souls who have also chosen to live in burning and dying bodies then we will suffer the consequences of not "doing" our purpose... but the soul beneath our bodies will never suffer... and still... this is what is so cruel about souls... they will keep coming back again and a again because they can not feel pain... like a leper... they keep injuring themselves(theri physical selves) and those around them... so by being loving and joyful... we do hold some responsibility to reduce the suffering of others if we are not going to be spiritual lepers. It is pure selfishness to be joyful and loving and not reach out one's physical hand to help those who are suffering and those who are oppressed... but when we die.... in a physical body... we should refuse to put another body through the suffering that comes from living in a body that dies... There are other realms to explore...and once We get over this dimension of time...other dimensions await us...beautiful, loving, and joyful realms beyond our wildest imagination... we can join these other realms by holding no regrets and not looking back... move on...

- How do we refuse to reincarnate? by Liora Leah

thank you so much Rudenski for this beautiful comment! yes, I believe as you state here, we can not merely sit on our behinds meditating all day and BEing love and Light and joy, we have an obligation to DO something to help our fellow humans and the planet, too. BALANCE is the key, I think--we can not ignore our spiritual selves nor can we ignore our human body/selves.
I am VERY INTERESTED IN KNOWING--HOW DOES ONE REFUSE TO BE REINCARNATED?!?!? I don't want to come back again after this lifetime, this one has been difficult enough, and at age 52 I'm not too hopeful of a long long life, nor do I want one, but wouldn't do anything purposefully to cause my body to die before my "time" is upon me. I've been told by Kryon that this is what we "old souls" do--we CHOOSE to come back again and again and again! I don't want to! I want to create new planets, play around with the stars, explore other life forms somewhere else, I don't want to be human again!!
HOW DO WE REFUSE? I didn't know we had the choice!
Blessings, Liora

Hi Liora,
It is a lovely name you have. We have a name in heaven as well. Yours sounds like your earthly name but even more...lovely...
Balance is a funny thing.... It is as putting a marble on the tip of a spear and hoping it will stay in the same place...gravity has its say...and no matter what...the marble falls... but that crystal moment where heaven and earth meet... and every moment when love and joy(being) meet kindness(doing)there is a pearl...crystal...or cool flame born... that is added to who and what God is... This is whre the temptation is... We are tempted by the lesser God who has an ego(our own selfish desires)to add to who and what God is in the dimension of time... When we leave this existence...there is a great celebration amongst the angels...for each soul adding their portion of pearls, crystals, and cool flame to the emerging artwork that is God who is love. The temptation to get it right or add to this art is a strong pull on the soul.
If we held regrets or a lack of forgiveness while we lived in bodies we may judge ourselves as not having learned the lessons with the limitations we gave ourselves and add a drop of our soul to our ancestors drops and begin plotting and scheming with our ancestors to come back again into a physical body that dies again. Once the plotting and scheming starts then we are contracting with other souls in the dimension of time and we are bound by those contracts. The contracts pull us down. Our ancestors are very persuasive so if we are going to refuse to fall again into a body that dies then we must be deliberate in our refusal. Refuse to fall into a body that dies. I personally KNOW THERE IS A GREATER DIMENSION THAN time and space(
This is the determination of my physical mind and body in this life to express to my soul in a way that will be remembered when I die to refuse to fall into another body that dies.... Here is the dilemna though... This expression must be done in a loving and kind manner or when my soul leaves this world for the next... it will not remember my physical body and mind's request. You have to teach your soul or prepare it to refuse to fall again. I know that may sound easy but souls do learn...but they forget all harm when they return to the light. There has to be a deliberate loving intention attached to this desire for the soul to remember this desire. more later...

thanks, Rudi, this sounds complicated. I avidly listen to the Kryon channelings by Lee Carroll, and Kryon's take on it is that we choose to be reincarnated because we want to know how everything turns out that we have worked so hard to do when on the earth plane--i.e. bring peace on earth, etc. This would correspond with your "lesser God" or egoic self that wants to change things and make a difference in the world, leaving a mark on the planet--so even when we do good, it is coming from an egoic sense of wanting to make a difference. So, are you saying, that even in our angelic state after we leave the body, we still have an ego? Kryon says that coming and going on the planet is our "job", that's what we "old" souls do, and we'll keep on doing it, even if we say to ourselves while we're in the body that we don't want to do it again.
How do we tell our Higher Self, lovingly, kindly, yet firmly, that we don't want to come back around again, but want to go on to something else? I want to change jobs!!! you'd think, after we've been on the planet for 500 lifetimes or more, that we'd get to retire! What kind of "heavenly" plan is that, when you never get a vacation or retirement benefits?!?! No fair! We should go on strike.
Looking forward to your next "installment"!
Blessings, Liora

There is a beginning-middle-end to everything in the dimension of time. The earth is going through an ending of this age. Human souls are one part of this dimension and so is earth itself. Earth's part in this formula ends long before time ends. Human souls have a part in determining the story that is mankind. The Mayans, Aztec, and Hopi people believe we will soon enter into the 5th and last world as there were four worlds(I read ages)before occupying the same space. While the change is occurring, there will be a mass refusal by most souls to fall into the miserable conditions the earth will be in for a short period of time and then a new day will emerge. I have seen it from just outside the earth's atmosphere... a light moving across the whole of the planet... a magnetic shift in the basic cellular structure... we will be much lighter beings... If we die or if we stay through the birthing process... we should only stay if we can retain our humanity and not resort to brutality through the process. Remaining peaceful and joyful through the stark days and nights of the birthing of the 5th world will be ever increasingly more challenging for mankind but there will be a remnant of those who will... retain their humanity...but it does not matter if we survive in our bodies... letting go...there is no sting in death..we travel from life to life...only to die in this age of mankind and pop up in the river of life is no crime... look around and you will find those who loved with kindness and joy surrounding you... in the fifth age of man... and not just those you would think of as joyful and kind but the joyful and kind in every soul from every life... this last age is our time to shine... so when the last hour of the fifth world ends... at the end of the age of mankind...we can take the spark of God's love that is each soul...and move on to other worlds beyond space and time... where nothing dies... Forgiving all harm from all who have caused harm is how we avoid the fall back into the lesser 4th world... not looking back with the intention of fixing the 4th world...we allow the 5th world to emerge... aligning ourselves with love, compassion, kindness, joy, we will shift the magnetic field to alignment with the light... imagine a child whose whole life is limited to see through shadows and haze... only to for the first time...seing the light of a new day...
