Blog: My Attempt at the 30 Juice Diet
Ok so I am really doing this! So I am at work and looking at my lovely juice... half asleep as I did not get a good night's rest. I am really hoping that I don't flake out!
I decided that in order to not flake out I am going to look at this challenge day by day. I am looking forward to the detoxing of my body so that is keeping motivated and the fact that my bowels will hopefully rest and heal.

| You can do it and once you lose a few pounds that will motivate you to keep going. I have been doing it for a while and though I eat once a week I have lose about 20 pounds and I feel so much better. Good luck!
