I did a colon cleanse this morning. Overall, I feel a little tired but cannot afford to sleep much because I have medical exams in 3 days. I am trying not to fret for the exams, since fretting never leads to any good outcome.
The neem oil is very potent. Minutes after slathering the oil modersate-heavily on my limbs, I can seed the rashes all springing out. The rash is neither itchy nor painful, but the sight of it freaks me out. But I am aware that this is a good sign. So persistance persistance persistance.
It is evening now and the itch is growing. The rash is getting more intense. I have phlegm in my throat and I am exhuasted. Mucus(watery) production in my ear has strangely increased too.
