Blog: 10 Day Fasting Diary
Im feeling weak not hungry but i was really hungry when i woke up.
Lost another pound so 1 pound away from 1stone. I had to have some fruit juice this morning because i was even slurring my words a little, i hope i get over the hunger but im really amazed i have lasted so long and that drives me to do the 10 days!
Weight = 14.2 stone. Its only 11:20 so i might update later.
People who are going to give in on day 6 think your 4 days away from food... its really not that hard.

| true.. & after 10 days 6 days may not seem so hard, & I've heard that after about 16 days your body is fully adaped to the fast (so it will be easier).
