One of the best web sites for arthritis diet is paleodiet.com.

I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) for 2.5 years
and have eliminated drugs (metho, plaq, prednisone)
by being tested for food sensitivities by a naturopath and then sticking reasonably rigorously to the prescribed diet.

I am 95 % back to normal although if I stray too far from the program it comes back quickly.

I am in North Carolina and would be glad to give you additional details if you would like.

Attitude is also key.

Stay away from any "oh woe is me" support groups.

There are some good ones and some good people with the disease that can help you.
