I have juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and so does my 4-year-old daughter.

My daughter has had this since she was 17 months of age.

We found a way of eating (w.westonaprice.org www.westonaprice.org) that includes traditional breads, oils, broths, etc.
and we watched the inflammation of two and a half years slowly melt away.

Within two months of starting the diet, she was in full remission.

For eleven months she has been healthy.

Then just a few weeks ago without warning her knees were gigantic and warm.

We have not varied from the diet that had helped her originally so I am not sure what triggered this.

In addition to the diet we give the following daily supplements - 400 I.U. vitamin E (for inflammation), crystallized ginger (for inflammation), cod liver oil, coconut oil, flax oil and apple cider vinegar.

I am interested in how you do the flax oil and cottage cheese - how much?

How often? What results does this give?

Thank you,
Deborah
