Unknown floaters in diarreah (parasites?)

I don't know what these are. I took a single dose of a probiotic 4 days ago and have had diarreah every since. The last several days, I have seen theses floating at the top of the toilet. I've searched online and it looks like it could be parasite eggs? One of the pictures here (top right) almost looks like a dead worm? Any idea what this could be?
