Intestinal Worm?

Please help me identify. I have taking Albendazole for 2 days, 400 mg per day one dose. This is what came out after the first dose and after the second there was little white seed looking things. I'm in Thailand and the hospital gave me an ultrasound and said I needed more fiber so I went to the pharmacist and got this to take for 3 days but now I'm thinking I might want to take it longer. Any advice would be so appreciated. I'm scared :(
