This banner depicts the divine Windhorse carrying the wish-fulfilling flaming jewels at the center and the four supernatural creatures at the four corners, and various auspicious symbols to add to the power of the banner. The text is the Tibetan version of the Victory Banner Sutra, and brings about victory over obstacles.
