Whats the theory on not doing the flush without the ultra phos

If im going to do a flush im going to try this method. didnt like my 1st flush very well. i only found out later magnesium sulphate drains the fluids. i actually felt i was going to die that night. since at first i read 'no drinking and eating after 14.00pm' i didnt drink during the flush. later i found out you can (and should according to people) drink 30 minutes before and after taking epsom salts Tweet
